Purchase Orders

Company purchase orders for amounts $100 and above can be accepted by fax at (734)475-4301. They must be on company letterhead, indicate the billing and shipping addresses and contacts, and the amount. Shipping cost will be calculated by us using your preferred shipping method and will be added to the invoice. Invoices are due and payable upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse a purchase order or request additional credit information on larger orders. International purchase orders can be only accepted for total order values more than US $200 unless otherwise negotiated. Purchase orders should be made out to theleanstore.com at the address below.

Telephone orders using Visa, Mastercard, or American Express may be placed by calling (734) 475-4301 between 8am and 5pm EST.
